Users can permanently delete their Fignal account from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Open the Fignal app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
What happens when your account is deleted
When you delete your Fignal account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information
- Nutrition logs
- Food scan history
- Goals and settings
Data we may retain
In limited cases, some data may be retained for a period of time:
- Support communications may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes for a limited period.
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be retained. This data does not identify you personally.
